1. Data Controller

TennoTenRyu Inh. Cesarano, Baarerstrasse 87, 6300 Zug, Switzerland (CHE-272.196.618) is the data controller for personal data processed via APEX Trade Intelligence.

2. Data We Collect

• Email address and company name submitted via the check form
• Product descriptions and counterparty names submitted for screening
• Payment data processed exclusively by Stripe (we do not store card details)
• Usage data: check count, timestamp, IP address (pseudonymised)

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process your data to deliver trade compliance screening outputs (contract performance), send confirmation and onboarding emails (contract performance), and improve our screening models (legitimate interest). We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

Check inputs and results are retained for 24 months. Email addresses are retained for subscription duration plus 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Your Rights (nDSG / GDPR)

• Resend Inc. — transactional email delivery
