Outputs are not legal, customs, or compliance advice and are not substitutes for binding tariff rulings, official sanctions determinations, or export licence decisions. Engage qualified professionals for binding determinations.
You may use APEX Trade Intelligence for internal business intelligence purposes. You may not resell outputs, submit false product descriptions to obtain favourable screenings, or use outputs to facilitate sanctioned transactions.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in CHF via Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
Trade compliance screening outputs are research assistance only. TennoTenRyu Inh. Cesarano is not liable for trade compliance failures, customs penalties, or regulatory sanctions resulting from decisions based on screening outputs. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes are subject to the courts of the Canton of Zug, Switzerland.
